Big Brother 24 Cast Members, Ranked By Least To Most Likely To Win

Featuring 16 houseguests who have never played before, certain Big Brother 24 houseguests seem much more likely to win than others.

Featuring 16 houseguests who have never played before, Big Brother 24 began with a fresh slate and endless possibilities. Less than a week into the new season, certain cast members are already forming strong connections, winning competitions and making moves that could be crucial to winning the game in the long run.

Meanwhile, others are struggling to find their footing, are already overplaying or are being unjustly targeted. The direction of the game can change at any second depending on twists, who is in power and a variety of other factors. Yet even in the season's earliest days, the front-runners are taking their place.

Taylor has already been ostracized by most of the house and was one of the only girls excluded from the all-girls alliance, with Paloma and Jasmine constantly expressing a particularly troubling and bizarre vitriol toward her.

Taylor tried making strong connections with the guys in the house, but most of them have turned on her as well. With no support or alliances to protect her and most of the house wanting her out, it is highly unlikely that Taylor will go on to win the game, especially after becoming the replacement nominee and the house target during the first week. She probably won't win the season, but if she is evicted pre-jury, she will find out when she leaves the house how much fans love and empathize with her.

Terrance has not yet formed any strong connections or alliances early on in the game. This led to him being one of the first houseguests nominated this season. He did not go on to win the veto to save himself and remains on the block heading into the first eviction.

Even if Terrance survives the first eviction, his path forward will be difficult without strong connections or alliances to support him. Being married and being the oldest houseguest this season may make it difficult for him and the younger, unmarried houseguests to relate and connect to each other. That being said, some of the oldest Big Brother houseguests have gone far in the game, such as Jerry and Renny in Big Brother 10 and Cliff Hogg in Big Brother 21. So  Terrance still has a shot if he begins to play a more active game.

Paloma has quickly become a toxic and chaotic personality in the house. She tells the other houseguests that she has "hacked" the game and that she will invest in their businesses if she wins, claiming she has found a loophole around the rule that houseguests cannot share the prize money.

She has also been repeatedly vindictive and cruel toward Taylor for no apparent reason. Even though she had no power after being given a Backstage Pass, she has tried to control Daniel's HOH. Other houseguests are tolerating this behavior for now, but her  "mean girl" persona and controlling ways will not fare well with other houseguests in the Big Brother 24 cast as the season progresses, especially if she gets any kind of power.

Matt Turner proved in his preseason interviews that he does not know the game of Big Brother very well. This is not always indicative of how someone will fare in the house. After all, he did advance to the final round of the first HOH competition.

However, his lack of game sense has already thrown up red flags. The most glaring example of this is when Daniel was debating who to nominate, and Turner suggested that Daniel could nominate him. While Daniel didn't go on to nominate Turner, Turner's lack of self-awareness and game knowledge will likely hurt him in the long run.

So far, Alyssa is not playing her own game, but is instead playing Paloma's game. No one can win Big Brother if they are playing someone else's game. All the chaos Paloma is creating will likely hurt Alyssa's game because of how closely associated she is with Paloma.

If Alyssa breaks away from Paloma and begins playing her own game, she might have a shot. Until then, Alyssa's chances of going far are not looking so good.

Jasmine may have been the first one out and covered in blue goo during the first HOH competition, but things have gone well for her as the week continued. She is part of the all-girls alliance and has connected well with other houseguests like Paloma. Jasmine also didn't go on the block, let alone be considered for it.

Jasmine's future in the game is not that promising, though. As Paloma blows up her own game, Jasmine will likely go down with her close connection. Jasmine has also been one of the main houseguests bullying Taylor, which speaks to the poor quality of her social game.

Indy has quickly proven to be a likable Big Brother houseguest with an excellent sense of humor. But bring from Brazil, she may be more used to Big Brother Brasil than the U.S. version of Big Brother. There are some significant differences between each country's version of the reality TV series.

Indy is playing with the expectation that she will leave the house with a massive social media following like most houseguests do in Brazil, but this is rarely the case in the U.S. Being more focused on gaining social media traction than playing the game makes her less likely to win.

Many of the other houseguests seem to enjoy Kyle's goofy attitude. He is more than just entertaining as he has a final two deal with Pooch and with Michael and is aligned with other guys in the house.

In his introduction during the premiere, Kyle said he didn't think he would do well in competitions that require him to use his intelligence. Many of Big Brother's competitions nowadays are physical, but many of the competitions are also mental. Without doing well in mental competitions, Kyle probably won't be able to ultimately win, regardless of his other strengths in the game.

Pooch had a challenging start to the game when he was named Backstage Boss, a twist that some Big Brother fans hate already. While this twist guaranteed him safety during the first week, it also meant he could not vote or compete in competitions that week. That wasn't the worst of it as he had to give Backstage Passes to three other houseguests, meaning those houseguests cannot vote, compete in competitions, or be nominated during the first week, but they could still end up going home.

Pooch tried to be fair and chose houseguests who came in last or who lost during their respective rounds of the first HOH competition. The house seems to recognize that this is fair and does not seem to be holding it against him, although the houseguests he chose could use it as justification to put him on the block in the future. Pooch has integrated himself with the other guys in the house and is on the same page with many of them.

Daniel won the first HOH and has made strong connections with some others in the house such as Nicole, with whom he has a final two deal. His HOH reign has already begun to show cracks in his game, though. He used his HOH to nominate Terrance and Michael. As a fellow superfan, Michael could've been a valuable ally to Daniel, and even tried to create a partnership with Daniel before nominations.

Instead, Daniel turned a potential ally into an enemy as Michael won the veto and if Michael wins HOH, he now has the perfect justification to nominate Daniel. Meanwhile, Terrance was not a threat at all to Daniel's game. Also, before Ameerah told Daniel that the four guys who volunteered to be have-nots did that so they wouldn't be nominated, the thought hadn't even crossed Daniel's mind, which is something he should've thought of right away as a superfan.

Monte is clearly a physical threat who can do well in competitions. This is not only because of his physique and career as a physical trainer, but because he won the Porta Potties round of the first HOH competition, a competition that had nothing to do with physical prowess.

Monte may be well-suited for the competitions and he is fitting in well among the other guys in the house, but his social game leaves something to be desired considering his role in ostracizing and spreading lies about Taylor. This may not be a problem for him now, but this kind of behavior will come back to bite him in the long run.

Nicole has already forged strong connections with Daniel and many of the other houseguests. She is well-liked and has not given anyone a reason to target her.

Even though she is the second oldest houseguest this season, she does not come off as being older and fits in well with the younger houseguests, much like Tiffany Mitchell, who made some of the best strategic moves in Big Brother 23. Nicole is in a good position so far and if she maintains that position, she could definitely go far in the game.

Joseph might be a replacement houseguest who was added to the season at the last minute, but that hasn't stopped him from having a strong start and a bright future in this game. As a lawyer who works out every day, Joseph is both an intellectual and physical threat in this game. Yet, no one is thinking of targeting him as he has already proven to be down to earth, open-minded, and quite likable.

Joseph is also playing for something bigger than himself as he is one of the only Muslim houseguests to ever be on the show and understands the importance of representation, something he has openly spoken about with the other houseguests.

Brittany is a quirky houseguest who is fun to watch and who the other houseguests seem to enjoy. Despite being given one of the Backstage Passes and having no power, she has done well for herself socially during the first week by being part of the all-girls alliance and through beginning to forge a strong connection with Michael.

She is wisely concealing her real job as a hypnotherapist, knowing that there is nothing to be gained by revealing this given the many misconceptions that surround this career. No one is thinking of going after her and she seems like the kind of houseguest who would be unafraid to make big moves if she wins power.

Ameerah has positioned herself well so far. She is a valued member of the all-girls alliance, but she is also forming connections and getting along well with the guys in the house. She went to Daniel and told him how the four guys who volunteered to be have-nots did this to lessen their chances of being nominated. Daniel hadn't considered this and was grateful to Ameerah for telling him this.

Her strategy for telling him this worked as Daniel did not nominate any of the girls and instead nominated two guys at the beginning of his HOH, but all the blood is on Daniel's hands. Ameerah has proven that she can subtly influence the HOH in power while being well-protected and connected in the house.

Michael is a superfan of the game. As a lawyer and member of Mensa, he is an intellectual threat, and has already downplayed his intelligence by hiding his profession, just as last year's lawyer winner Xavier Prather did. He volunteered to be a have-not to avoid being targeted.

When that didn't work out and he was nominated anyway, he went on to win the veto, proving he is a strong player in this game and can guarantee himself safety when his game is on the line. He has all the knowledge and the skills needed to win. He has begun forming good connections in the house and if he can strengthen those connections, Michael has an excellent shot of going on to win the season.
